Supercivilization documents the positive-sum shift in measurable terms. The organization tracks the evidence, names the people and groups building the alternative, and connects them into a network the anticivilization cannot extract from.

What We See
Every domain of human activity is undergoing the same structural transition. Extractive models are failing by their own metrics. Regenerative models are outperforming them — and the data is now consistent enough to name the pattern.
What We Do
Supercivilization tracks the adoption curve with evidence, not opinion. It names the people and organizations moving the bell curve from degen to regen, and it connects them — because alone, value creators are targets. Together they are durable.
The key insight: The transition from degen to regen is itself positive-sum. Each adopter makes the next shift cheaper. The bell curve moves in only one direction.

Degen and regen are literal biological states. Grounded in Arnsten (prefrontal cortex shutdown under stress), Epel and Blackburn (telomere science, Nobel laureates), and Porges (polyvagal theory). Measurable in cortisol, vagal tone, and telomere length.
Transparent and Sourced
Every claim is sourced. Every model is transparent. Supercivilization publishes the data and the reasoning, not just the conclusion. Corrections are welcomed — and visible.

How we operate, day by day.
- Sourcing
- Every claim links to its primary source. No “experts say.” No aggregator-only citations. The source is one click from the claim.
- Updates
- When evidence moves, posts move with it. The
dateModifiedstamp ticks forward and propagates through the structured-data graph and feeds. - Corrections
- Corrections are welcomed and visible. Send one and it gets integrated — the change is preserved in the dateModified history.
- Source protection
- Contributors who provide material under identity protection are protected. The institution accepts responsibility for the material; identity stays with the institution.
- AI assistance
- AI is used for editorial drafting (Anthropic’s Claude — outlining, drafting passes, fact-checking suggestions) and semantic Read Next (Google text-embedding-005 via Vercel AI Gateway, indexed at build time). It is not used for cover art (procedural SVG, deterministic from each edition’s title and pillar) or claim verification (every published claim is human-checked against its primary source). AI is a tool inside the editorial discipline, not the editor.
